Food vs. Cosmetics

Before I go any further. Lets take a minute for those hurt, physically and mentally, in Russia.

Reflection One:
I guess this is a terrible world. People are putting their hands on helpless children (I wont use the word helpless on woman… well, we all know what they can do, isn’t it… ;) a woman is more evil that 3 man) I mean where did all the uprightness and integrity went? People are cheating in school on exams and they are using children as a form of revenge? Hm… maybe this is the end of humanity, and the start of a new world order.

Reflection Two:
I got an email from school saying that the library will not be open on Saturdays during the term break due to the new 5 days work week policy. I understand from my French lecture that in it is all 5 days work week. I mean maybe we (I) am so use to a 5.5 days work week that this 5 days thing is a little unwelcome on my part. I mean, that means that I cant do my banking on Saturdays and library will not be open. Oh no. just think about it.. its affects me… a student a lot… think of the impact it will be on the country. I mean isn’t Singapore be of a competitive country or lose out? But when it comes to if you want to be more competitive or to have more babies, I guess government choice the later one.
Anyway, I just hope that the library will be still open on Saturdays.

Reflection Three and Three point One Three point
I want to IMM today with my parents and we went to this Japanese $2 shop (three point one) that may explain why isn’t the Japanese economy doing so well. I mean selling things at only $2 means that their profit margin is very small. In the past Japanese buy.. and now they shop in these $2 shop. It may generate economy, but is it really a way to make economical growth? Another thing about these $2 shop.. they have EVERYTHING. I mean its like wal-mart but everything is 2 dollars. I am so impressed. (Three) I wonder, you know these Japanese are very good at packaging and their ‘tit-bites’ are like to good looking. Then their cosmetics are also very nicely packed right… then you know now these woman are using like orange mask and fruit lipsticks and what have you right? And all the packing are like in Japanese right? My reflection and question is… does anyone mistake all these cosmetics with food pictures as food? Maybe its just me.. but these cosmetics looks like food.
